DR Denti Root
25 Years of clinical innovation
The first types (Denti Diakor© Implant system) of the practice-oriented Denti® Implant System came out in 1983. The latest scientific research and the many years of clinical experience have been combined to develop a new Denti® implant type. The progressive root form design offers solutions for every need.
Solutions for every need
The Denti® Root form implant was developed for any kind of tooth loss, including:
- single tooth replacement
- multiple restoration
Denti® Root form implants are recomended for immediate loading at post extraction sites.
Threads
UNIQUE THREAD DESIGN
Denti® Root form implants have dual threads.
The micro threads on the neck:
- increase the functional load bearing capacity. The optimal load distribution reduces stress, thus preserving marginal bone
- help osseointegration process
- prevent damage of the cortical bone, thus preventing cortical bone absorption
- enchance initial stability
- improve bone stimulation
- provide additional cortical anchoring for sinus lift procedures
- deep threads on the body part optimise primary stability during placement
Denti® implants have self-tapping threads leading to an internal condensation of the periimplant bone. This creates high primary stability of the Denti® implant even in spongy bone.
implants
NEW DESIGN – NEW GENERATION
The tapered implant design:
- reproduces better the profile of the natural tooth
- eases the initial insertion
- is a contributing factor in the increase in primary stability at the time of the implant placement
Its polished shoulder is produced for minimising marginal bone resorption.
Cutting edge
The cutting edges make self tapping easier, facilitate stability and minimize bone resistance.
OTHER ADVANTAGES
- same prosthetic components as Denti® Screw implants
- same instruments as Denti® Screw implants (except taps and two-in-ones)
- same procedures
- new tray design for easier handling
CONNECTION
Perfect connection - long term stability
Rotation-safe connection. Denti® Root form implants are designed with double anti-rotational level:
- the precise internal hexagon is designed for anti-rotation
- long parallel-running walls are designed for distribution of lateral loads
This kind of connection allows strong tightening between implant and abutment. These features reduce stress on abutment screws, ensure stability and therefore result in minimal or no loosening.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Material: Pure titanium Grade 2 and Grade 4
Surface
STABLE BONE - IMPLANT CONNECTION
Primary stability is one of the main factors for successful implantation.
Its highly micro-porous surface ensures a stable implant-bone connection, thus creating an optimal condition for successful treatment.
The surface of all Denti® implants is produced through a combination of physical and mechanical surface treatments (sandblasting and chemical treatment).
Size options
The optimal choice for all bone types
The Denti® Root form implants are available in 4 diameters and 4 lengths:
| DIAMETERS | 3,8mm | 4,3mm | 4,8mm | 5,3mm |
| 9,5mm | 9,5mm | 9,5mm | 9,5mm | |
| LENGTHS | 11,5mm | 11,5mm | 11,5mm | 11,5mm |
| 13,5mm | 13,5mm | 13,5mm | 13,5mm | |
| 15,5mm | 15,5mm | 15,5mm | 15,5mm |
Packaging
All components have double packaging: an external and an internal (thermo sealed) part.
The implants are packaged gamma-ray sterilised.
Healing screws are included in the implant package.
Prosthetic components and instrumentation require autoclave sterilisation before use.
Color Code
All components are marked by a color indicating their diameter. The purpose of color coding is to make usability easier both in surgical procedures and in prosthetic and laboratory stages.
instruments
The Denti® Surgical and prosthetic kit includes all instruments that are required for both the surgical and prosthetic procedures. The Denti® Root Form Implant Kit makes implant insertion quick and efficient.
The instruments are designed to ensure atraumatic preparation.
The drills are
- made of surgical stainless steel
- color coded for quick identification
- laser marked for depth and diameter
- autoclavable
- available in a complete kit or as individual items
- for external irrigation
- double possibility: use with contra angle or manually
The new tray design
- is clearly labelled and color coded
- makes the organisation of all drills and instruments clear and simple
- makes handling even easier
- uses a special material (radel) to allow a great number of sterilisation cycles without bending or breaking

prosthetic and laboratory accessories
Denti® prosthetic parts provide clinicians with a wide range of options:
- for every kind of restoration
- (single, multiple and overdenture)
- for every kind of technique (single or two-stage)
- with abutment options
- (standard, angled, aesthetic, shoulder, conical, ball)
- for screwed or cemented retention
- in material:
- they are made of traditional titanium or zirconium
- gingiva formers and transgingival healing screws
- direct and indirect impression copings
- implant replicas
- burnout plastic cylinders
The Denti® implant-abutment connection has been clinically proven for more than a decade with other Denti® implant types.
For all abutments, the only tool needed is the screwdriver.
